Prob. Trochiliphagus lineatus

Found on a (recently) dead ruby-throated hummingbird (Archilochus colubris). Trochiliphagus lineatus is the only known lice associated with A. colubris based on http://phthiraptera.info/category/avian/aves/apodiformes/trochilidae/archilochus/archilochus-colubris
