I think this is Amphiareus obscuriceps but there are some features that don't appear to fit the Herring key (1): antennal segment III appears distinctly thinner than segment II (vs. "hardly"), and the pronotal collar does appear to be set off by at least shallow punctures with some long hairs (as it does in figure 7 of Henry et al. (2)). In addition, the shape of the metapleural scent gland does appear similar to what's shown in figure 10 of Henry et al. (2).
