Drosophila male with clouded anterior wing cells? - Cladochaeta sturtevanti - male

Drosophila male with clouded anterior wing cells? - Cladochaeta sturtevanti - Male
Noe Valley, San Francisco County, California, USA
August 15, 2020
Size: 2.5-3.0 mm
At UV light on a warm evening, collected. Although I only see one (?) ventral ray on the arista, there seem to be six rows of acrostichal hairs on the scutum. I initially thought it might be Scaptomyza and dissected the genitalia (mostly butchering the specimen in the process), but perhaps the genitalia will still be helpful in the ID some day.
