Clogmia--still valid?

Is Clogmia still valid? I can't find it in ITIS.

I think that's because ITIS is out-of-date!? Diptera taxonomy in these databases remains up to 50 years behind the literature in some cases.

Telmatoscopus albipunctata
at ITIS, which claims Psychoda albipunctatus Williston, 1893 and Psychoda snowii Haseman, 1907 are synonyms.
