Looks like...
The abdomen is not supposed to be orange! Dan, what have you been feeding it, hmm?
It's probably some kind of Soldier fly in the genus Hermetia, possibly a variation of the Black Soldier Fly, Hermetia illucens.

Here is one with a reddish abdomen. Other than that it seems right on.
