Coleoptera 02b - Calopus angustus

Coleoptera 02b - Calopus angustus
Near Curlew Lake, ~10 miles northeast of Republic, Ferry County, Washington, USA
May 25, 2008
A large Coleoptera attracted to my "natural light" bulb after dark and temporarily caught in a spiderweb, thus the odd wing and antenna angles. It attempted to fly away several times but the silk from the web prevented proper wing function.
