Went through thousands of BG leafhopper images but could not find anything to match this rather simple and obvious pattern. Anything similar either had also a dark pronotum or scutellum, or lacked the solid dark on the rear. Empoa genus seemed closest, but no apparent match. Submitted for ID help.
