Caddisfly - Rhyacophila acutiloba

Caddisfly - Rhyacophila acutiloba
Groton, Middlesex County, Massachusetts, USA
May 31, 2008

Thanks Tom
Now there's a picture of the larva and adult in the guide for this species.

Spur count, palp structure, raised antennae and what appear to be ocelli indicate Rhyacophila although the wing shape is a little unusual. Could be Rhyacophila acutiloba, with those spots.
