I've encountered a lot of Leschenaultia-like tachinid flies when visiting places where the flowers, especially goldenrods, are blooming. While looking back through my photos, I noticed that the powder surface covering of the head and prescutellum is more yellow and does not extend as far down the prescutellum on this individual as on the one I posted previously (https://bugguide.net/node/view/1871519). I still suspect this is a Leschenaultia but I'm thinking it must be a different species from the last one I posted.
