Desert Recluse or Southern House Spider?

Desert Recluse or Southern House Spider?
San Tan Valley, Pinal County, Arizona, USA
August 29, 2020
Found in top corner of my separate toilet room, which is generally dark. It is difficult to determine size because of the height. I suspect the body is slightly smaller than a dimes diameter. With it's legs in the position in Photo 1, I think it's entire size is close to the Kennedy half dollar coin.
Af first, I was hoping it was a desert recluse, but after doing a little research, I think it might simply be a southern house spider. I do live in the desert, in a housing community that is less than 20 years old close to the San Tan mountains.
