Subfamily ID
This is in subfamily Coniopteryginae due to "Antennae of larvae about twice as long as labial palpi" vs. "Antennae of larvae about as long as labial palpi" per the subfamily key on pp. 35–36 of Meinander(1972)...also compare with Fig. 10 (pg. 31) vs. Fig. 9 (pg. 30) therein (where "Lpl" = labial palp).

Note that the larva's left labial palp is visible here as the translucent-looking, smoothly sausage-like protuberance sticking out below the eye, just behind the base of the left antenna.
