unpaved roadside bee - both mint and aster type plants were covered with these industrious little bees. Any ideas?

I thought that he was in Augochloropsis, but I'm not sure. Hold on for an expert.

Posterior face of propodeum without the salient rim, at least above; hind tibiae shorter than the combined tarsal segments = tribe Augochlorini
