Female Sympetrum Sp.
This is a female Ruby or Cherry-faced Meadowhawk. In the second photo, you can see that it has black legs and black triangles on the sides of the abdomen. Those features limit this to White-faced, Ruby, or Cherry-faced. With the brownish face, White-faced is eliminated. This is likely Ruby, but a look at the subgenital plate would be needed to be sure.
