deceptus? - Chauliognathus deceptus - female

deceptus? - Chauliognathus deceptus - Female
Eagle Nest Lake, Colfax County, New Mexico, USA
September 3, 2020
Size: ~10.5 mm
I am assuming female, because of the engorged abdomen = 14 mm. I would like to know if there is a determining feature that distinguishes basalis from deceptus, if possible. Thanks in advance for any input and proper placement/ID.
