Limosininae - Leptocera? - Rachispoda fuscipennis

Limosininae - Leptocera? - Rachispoda fuscipennis
Noe Valley, San Francisco County, California, USA
September 6, 2020
Size: 2 mm
At UV light on a very warm evening during a heat wave, collected. Keys to Leptocera s. str. in MND, but that genus shouldn't have setae on the scutellar disc, as best I can tell? Disc of scutellum clearly setose, at least four marginal scutellar bristles, long stout bristle on mid-trochanter, pre-apical mid-tibial bristle.
