Small Lycaenidae butterfly on clover - Celastrina neglecta

I couldn't get a good angle on this so the wing shape might be somewhat off. I think it's Celastrina neglecta - can anyone confirm/deny?

The other possibility
is serotina but as it looks very fresh and June 8 is possibly too late for serotina (in your area) then neglecta seems reasonable.
