Yes, Philotarsidae. Aaroniella, probably badonneli based on range. Without a specimen at hand it's dificult to tell A. badonneli from A, maculosa. If this is a male (the abdomen looks rather small for a female) it is A. maculosa. A. badonneli is parthenogenetic, A. maculosa sexual.
