Pennsylvania Hexapod for ID - Pogonognathellus nigritus

Pennsylvania Hexapod for ID - Pogonognathellus nigritus
Off Rt. 183 near Appalachian Trail, Berks County, Pennsylvania, USA
September 7, 2020
Size: 3 mm body length
I have this belief that this creature may be a Springtail. It is if so possibly the first time I have ever noted one in, yes, my entire 25,000+ days of existence. At least I have never noted any on a UV black light setup, where this was found, but perhaps I had not been attentive in the past. Submitted for confirmation and any further ID help.
