Gasteruption tarsatorium - female

Gasteruption tarsatorium - Female
Rockville, Montgomery County, Maryland, USA
September 10, 2020
Size: body 10.4mm
Gasteruption tarsatorium (in Smith (1)) = G. tarsatorius (in Nearctica) = Rhydinofoenus tarsatorius (in Townes (2))

Characters states from Smith (1):
1) Ovipositor sheath 1.8X length of forewing (vs. 0.3-0.5X); distinct and acute pronotal teeth; head shining; white markings on hindtarsus
3) tegulae light orange (vs. black); lateral mesonotal lobes with "some large, strong punctures"
4) "fore- and midtibiae with an external white stripe from base to apex"; "propleuron lacks coarse transverse wrinkles"; "texture of side of thorax dull between punctures, hairs dense" (vs. shiny & not densely hairy); posterior corner of pronotum with a "dull orange spot".

Keys out the same way in Townes (2). I can't find any photos of this species on the web outside of the poorly reproduced ones in the available PDFs of Smith's paper. With Dr. Smith no longer visiting BugGuide, I'm not sure how to get this species ID confirmed or corrected.

TIA
