this one

I can´t make out the number of antennal segments in your beetle, so it may not be P.affinis, but a similarly coulored flea beetle?
If the host plant belonged in Solanaceae, you may take our statements as an ID, though.

I grew up calling these "potato bugs". We used to see hundreds of them gathered in my grandmother's bird bath, laying on the rocks. Harmless, if the picture is indeed the bug I think it is.
