Some kind of wasp?

Some kind of wasp?
Medina, Orleans County, New York, USA
September 15, 2020
There were a group of these on the side of my car in the driveway. The car has been there for a few months. These wasps or hornets were not. They did not however seem bothered I was near them. Like. At all. Well they all were gone today but this one was on the ground crawling around. This one in specific looked different though. Slightly. Like maybe it was a queen? It was much bigger than the rest of them and slightly like, different colors kind of. Still looked very very similar to the rest of them. I'm not sure. Any help would be awesome. I'd like to know what they were. The pictures are taken from a video I had taken of it. Sorry for any poor resolution. Can send full video to someone who would like to see it better.

That looks like a female Paper Wasp, probably something like a Northern Paper Wasp.
