Bug that just landed on my window - Polistes fuscatus - male

Bug that just landed on my window - Polistes fuscatus - Male
Oakland County, Michigan, USA
September 16, 2020
Size: > an inch
It landed on my window with a pretty loud thud. The body is a bit larger than an inch and the color, at least of its underbelly and head, is green. It had yellow/orange legs, thin wings and very long antennae. No visible stinger and didn't act aggressive. Unfortunately, it flew away before I could take a picture of its backside.

Respectfully not a "Paper Wasp"
I'm not sure why you moved my picture from request ID...I looked up "polistes" and the bug that landed on my window isn't a "paper wasp". The body type isn't the same, nor is the antenna. Plus, the head on the bug that I submitted, was green, like completely green. None of the "paper wasps" are green and their antennae are too short. Not to mention their thoraxes concave inward, defining it as a "wasp" but my bug is pretty much the same width, throughout.

Male
The differences that you mention are mostly gender qualities. = ♂
He might be something like this guy: Polistes fuscatus, Northern Paper Wasp
This species is quite variable in coloring. So, hold on for an expert opinion.
