Dragonfly - Archilestes californica

Dragonfly - Archilestes californica
Kirkland, King County, Washington, USA
August 28, 2020
I think it is a member of Gomphidae but couldn't find anything close for WA. It has white marks on the wing tips. Would that be diagnostic in some way?
