I am unsure what species these belong to. They were swarming from a large dirt pile.

Fire Ants (Solenopsis sp.) - minor worker and winged female
Color pattern of the young winged "wannabe queen" is interesting. Most often, they have either all red or all black head and thorax. This could help for an ID to species level.
