Yes!
One of the "corsairs" in the genus Rasahus. Comparison with existing images in the guide should give you a genus. Great image! Oh, and don't get bit by one of these. I have heard it is one of the most excruciating experiences you can have.

 
Corsair bite
Amen to that, my friend. I was once trying to quickly brush a nymph of the Western Corsair into a vial and he got a bite off. It felt like I grabbed a red hot poker.
