This is probably ...
Ectopsocus vachoni, macropterous female.

This species resembles the female Ectopsocopsis cryptomeriae, but the latter species does not show the dorsal abdominal banding and there are subtle differences in shape. A close up look at the subgenital plate of your specimen would allow 100% certainty.
