Ground beetle - Lebia viridis

Ground beetle - Lebia viridis
Middletown, Middlesex County, Connecticut, USA
September 13, 2020
Size: ca. 4 mm
I think this is Coptodera aerata, but I am uncertain of the identification, mostly because the most northerly record for this species in Bugguide is New Jersey, but also because my specimen seems on the small side. But it certainly resembles the images on Bugguide.

Found feeding on goldenrod.

Note added: My initial ID was incorrect, and I have changed the title to avoid confusion. I note that this is a very small individual of the species
