Dolomedes scriptus? - Dolomedes scriptus

Dolomedes scriptus, Striped Fishing Spider? It was the size of a female, but has one swollen palp, I'm not sure of gender. It was found on the foundation of a hydroelectric power plant in an area where the water is shallow. It is on a vertical granite surface.
