Tiny pollinator - Stylogaster neglecta - female

Tiny pollinator - Stylogaster neglecta - Female
Catskill Mountains County, New York, USA
July 24, 2020
Size: Size of a Hoverfly?
Not sure of size, about 12mm? -- Shaped sort of like a tiny Dragonfly, but has the wrong antennae (shaped like horns). Has a white face and very long proboscus.
One shot shows a specimen without the elongated abdomen -- could this be a gender difference?
