Hi Rob-

I believe this image to be of genus Tricorythodes.

 
That correlates with the Mayf
That correlates with the Mayfly ID FB page, which had Tricorythodes explicatus. I had a sheet up with a UV light and there were more than one per square inch. On the ground there were about 1/2" deep. I turned the light off as I didn't want so many to spend their short lives there.
