Sphecid Wasp - Stelis louisae - female

Sphecid Wasp - Stelis louisae - Female
Columbia County, Florida, USA
June 20, 2020
Size: 7 mm
Having a hard time in the Sphecid guide (mind that the head is turned). It was identified to Cabronini but some of the characteristics (such as the wing venation) don't seem to match. It does not have a depressed scapal bassin, it does not have a rounded pronotum that overlays the collar. I can provide more photos/ discuss some traits.
Thanks for the help!

Looks like...
It's probably something like Stelis louisae. Double-check it though.
