Size: body 4mm forewing 3mm

Keys out to Cremastinae using Wahl's subfamily key (1), and to Pristomerus using Townes' key to cremastine genera (2). Note the ventral tooth on the hind femur and the sinuate tip of the ovipositor. Found on flowering goldenrod.

I don't have access to Dasch's volume on Cremastinae so I can't take this one any further. TIA
