Tortricid, maybe Eucosma or Pelochrista?

Tortricid, maybe Eucosma or Pelochrista?
Ash Canyon, N of Patagonia Lake, Santa Cruz County, Arizona, USA
October 6, 2020
Size: forewing ~6–7 mm
It looks a bit like this one: https://bugguide.net/node/view/1362916/bgimage, but it isn't a great match to the other E. apacheana images - the base color is paler and markings are slightly different in shape and more orange. Photographed along a seasonal riparian canyon nearby several Pseudognaphalium plants (BG page for Eucosma apacheana mentions Gnaphalium as larval host plant).
