Collected at MV light located on the bluff overlooking the Devil's River, three weeks after approx. 5 inches of rain
Note the characteristic median lobe of the aedeagus. The apical 1/5 is angled abruptly right whereas the basal 1/5 is curved to the left as described by Purrington.

It would be instructive to see a closeup of the terminal abdominal segment showing the diagnostic bilateral pair of carinate tubercles that only the males exhibit in this precinctive species.
