Yes.
The white patch on top of the head used to be considered a feature of Desmia maculalis but Bob Patterson reports here that it's not a reliable characteristic (according to Brian Scholtens) in distinguishing between funeralis and maculalis, so I think we'll have to lump the two species together at BugGuide.
