Retinia pallipennis

Retinia pallipennis
Lyndon Station, Juneau County, Wisconsin, USA
May 21, 2020
I think I've got a pretty special moth here. Can anyone confirm or redirect? see: http://mothphotographersgroup.msstate.edu/species.php?hodges=2899 If I'm right even to genus this is my rarest find.
I considered Rhyacionia busckana but the photo by Jim Vargo on MPG shows darker colored hind wings. see: http://mothphotographersgroup.msstate.edu/species.php?hodges=2879
