Thanks to Murray Fisher for allowing me to visit his yard and search for this species! Apparently these are ordinarily quite common and pesky in the yard, being found under stones, in the pool filters, or while working in the garden. However the drought this year made them extremely difficult to find - this lone nymph was eventually located under a large flower pot.

Personal observation - these are HUGE! This individual is about the size of an adult female Neoscapteriscus vicinus - and it's not even fully grown.
