Sweltsa coloradensis. This is the only Sweltsa species that I see listed for AZ. You can compare your photo to this photo.

Could be...
one of the yellow members of Chloroperlidae, possibly Sweltsa. I just don't know the Western species well enough to say for sure, so you should definitely get another opinion. (I suppose it could also be a perlodid, but I'm leaning toward chloroperlid.)
