Male plant parasitic hemipteran - Male
Bartell Trail Head, Brookline, Hillsborough County, New Hampshire, USA
September 25, 2020
Size: >1 mm
This was found fluttering its wings while ascending a twig next to the horse manure where these male Coproica were found. Conifer trees stood overhead.

Note the caudal filament. Eventually, after snapping a few photos, it managed to take flight with some difficulty.
