Dave, I think this one is 10383 Lacinipolia palilis. They are EXTREMELY variable and I have been seeing lots of them here this trip.

Thank you for the ID. I think you are correct. Talking with Wagner and Vargo this weekend, they told me that Lacinipolia have erect, short, microscopic hairs on the surface of the spectacle of the eyes, and the specimens I looked at with my binocular scope make me think I'm seeing mostly palilis lately.
