Katydid (Tettigoniidae) Molting - Pterophylla camellifolia - female

Katydid (Tettigoniidae) Molting - Pterophylla camellifolia - Female
Collegedale, Hamitlon County, Tennessee, USA
June 13, 2008
Found in the woods after dark.
(I edited brightness and contrast because flash was too bright.)

Awesome image of a female true katydid (shape of ovipositor excludes all other possibilities). She was 'pink' before this molt?

Thanks! I don't know if she was pink or not.
She was in this position when I found her. I don't know if she was pink or not. You can see a larger image on my flickr site of this: LINK
