Moth - Tarache abdominalis

Moth - Tarache abdominalis
Taylor Lakes Unit, Playa Lakes WMA, Donley County, Texas, USA
October 17, 2020
Perched on an unknown species of plant.

Moved, Tarache abdominalis

Looks like an Acontiinae. Ju
Looks like an Acontiinae. Just a guess but maybe Tarache aprica. They are variable and have the dark colors on the top of the thorax. There are several possible species. Hopefully someone with more experience will give this a look. It is a beautiful pic but I'm afraid the shadows might interfere with ID.
