Water-lily Beetle - Galerucella nymphaeae

Water-lily Beetle - Galerucella nymphaeae
Florien, Sabine Parish, Louisiana, USA
June 10, 2008
I thought this might be Galerucella nymphaeae but the markings on the pronotum are slightly different than the others in the guide. I also noticed that all images here show that the top of the head is black. On my example there is only a black spot on the top of the head.

This specimen was found near a creek and pond with water lilies.
