Encyrtid Wasps

Encyrtid Wasps
Decatur, Wise County, Texas, USA
September 6, 2020
Size: 2-3mm
This is what hatched from these eggs found on Eastern Red Cedar. I think the eggs are stink bug eggs because of the barrel shape and the little hairs that stick up by the lid. These guys are what emerged about 17-20 days later. Can anyone get it to species? Thank you so much.

Thank you!
Thanks Ken, Bob, and Steve! Your input is very educational. So much to learn. Thanks again!

not encyrtids?
my understanding is that the coxae of the middle legs should insert "at or anterior to midline of [the] mesopleuron" in encyrtids (1). It looks like they insert well posterior to that in your second photo. eupelmids?

Yes, this is a euplemid.
The wing venation (with the long marginal vein) is typically an easier way to distinguish eupelmids from encyrtids than the placement of the mid coxa (although a very few genera of encyrtids have long marginal veins).
