Johnson's Pass, Tooele County, Utah, USA

Size: 32 mm long
Is this a male? I am thinking this is a Arphia pseudonietana. The wings look just like other pictures I have looked at. Am I correct?

A. conspersa may have yellow to red wings, and is common in early spring. A. pseudonietana is usually darker and is out in late fall.

Moved from ID Request.

Thanks
I appreciate the information and help
