Great addition to BugGuide!
Davis' tree cricket has very few photo submissions. Your photo is a great addition - particularly since it is a 4 or 5th stage instar. We can see the pattern on the abdomen.

Note the very pale pastel yellowish color. We can see that there is not sharp inward hook of the black mark on the first antennal segment.

If this were the similar looing Narrow-winged tree cricket, the overall color would have a greenish tint, sometimes even a bluish green tint, and there would be a ' J ' black mark on the first antennal segment.
