Moved from Chionodes. Color of light patch a good fit with fig. 74 in the fascicle.

duplicate submission
So you submitted this moth twice, once with just the lateral view in November 2020 and again in 2022 with the lateral and dorsal view. I do not believe it is dentella as this moth really stands out against all the other images currently placed there and I do not believe the range for dentella reaches this far north in Utah. However, I will leave this up to Aaron to reconsider and make a final determination.

 
Usually I make an indication
Usually I make an indication in the metadata that I have submitted for ID and where, but sometimes when I do a batch, I miss something and forget. Also if there are were other moths between the shots, I may not notice till later that one may just be a different view of another. Sorry this may happens, when I go on a long trip and then have an overwhelming number of new subjects. Range does make the other seem more likely.
