This is probably ...
Ectopsocus briggsi. Spots at margin of forewing are pale.

Thank you, Diane. I caught the beast and chilled it before moving it to better light to try for a more detailed shot with better color. It rewarded me by flying off instantly. Some insects are amazingly cold-proof!
