A Bethylid species? The metallic green of this one was even more striking in person than in the photo.

A female of Anisepyris
It must be a female of Anisepyris. There are many many species in American regions.

We need to examine many tiny characteristics such as number of mandibles and ratio of body segments to identify as species level.
