The VHW pm line indented near the middle (Going in from the tiny eyespot in the sub-terminal area somewhat near the anal angle).

A difficult call

I understand what you are saying and I looked very hard at this one.
That is why I included the statement above back in Nov. describing your specimen:
"The VHW pm line indented near the middle (Going in from the tiny eyespot in the sub-terminal area somewhat near the anal angle)."

As you say, both FW spots seem to be the same size.
If you haven't already, it may help to look at the ventral HW PM line on a full size computer monitor. The PM line looks indented where Glassberg describes / points.
I would rather err on the conservative side. Misplacements only serve to confuse people down the line. The solution may be to move it to genus. I think we both agree it is
